Care for Feet That Work Hard
Long shifts, tight shoes, travel, workouts, and daily errands can place added stress on the feet. Tension may also build in the arches, heels, ankles, and lower legs.
Your therapist can adjust the session based on where you feel discomfort and how much pressure you prefer. Foot massage may include:
- Soles, arches, heels, and toes
- Ankles and lower legs
- Gentle, medium, or firm pressure
- Focused work on tired areas
- Smooth movements for relaxation
- Light stretching when appropriate

Tell your therapist about tender areas or any spots you want avoided before the session begins.
