What Chair Massage Focuses On
Chair massage is designed for the upper body. The therapist uses the chair to support your head, chest, arms, and legs while working on common areas of tension.
A session may include:
- Neck and shoulder massage
- Upper and middle back massage
- Arms, hands, and forearms
- Gentle or firmer pressure
- Focused work on tight spots
- Stretching or movement when helpful

You can tell your therapist which areas need the most attention. Pressure can also be adjusted during the session to suit your comfort level.
