What a Full Body Massage May Include
Your session may cover several areas of the body rather than focusing on just one sore spot. Before the massage begins, your therapist can ask about your comfort level, areas of tension, and preferred pressure.
A full body massage may include:
- Back, neck, and shoulder massage
- Arms, hands, legs, and feet
- Light, medium, or firmer pressure
- Focused work on tight muscle groups
- Smooth movements for overall relaxation
- Oils, warm stones, or other available options

Areas can be adjusted based on your needs and comfort. You can also ask the therapist to spend more time on a specific part of your body.
